In Santiago, Chile two miners were killed because of a dynamite explosion at a copper/gold mine . There is a third miner that is in critical condition. This was close to the other mine that had 33 miners in it for 69 days. This is a realativly new mine, the location of it is called Los Reyes . It is around60 miles east of the site of the mine that held the 33 miners in it. The cause of the explosion was caused by old ddetonators that were "sensitive to heat". 2 miner died instantly from the blast and a third person lost an eye but other then that is ok.
